우리는 조용한 자리에서, 조용한 건축을 생각합니다. 크고 특별한 것보다, 작고 평범한 일상적 공간에 마음을 둡니다.
‘재재’(在在)는 되풀이되는 일상처럼 익숙하고, 쌓이고 쌓여 조금씩 의미가 깊어지는 시간을 닮은 말입니다.
재재건축은 공간을 ‘비우는’ 일에서부터 시작합니다. 많이 담기보다는 꼭 필요한 것만 남기고, 그 여백 속에 사람의 온기와 삶의 결을 담고 싶습니다.
소란하지 않지만 단단한 집, 화려하지 않지만 오래도록 편안한 공간.
그런 건축을 천천히, 그리고 꾸준히 만들어가고자 합니다.

We think of quiet architecture in quiet places. Rather than being big and special, I put my mind to a small and ordinary everyday space. ”Jaejae" (在在) is as familiar as a routine that repeats itself, It's a word that resembles a time when it builds up and builds up, gradually deepening its meaning.
Reconstruction starts with 'emptying out' space. Instead of putting in a lot, you leave only what you need, I want to contain a person's warmth and life in the margin.
A house that's not noisy but solid, A space that's not fancy but comfortable for a long time.
I want to make such architecture slowly and steadily.
